  • Searches such as, “How to become more resilient,” and “How to improve my mental health,” were also breakouts compared to prior years

If you’re an employer, I hope 2022 is the year you take the initiative to act on the mental well-being of your staff.

Because it’s pennies to the dollar to find a strong mental health program to support the people who make your business.
