Today we became B-Corp certified, joining a movement of companies who are looking to use business as a force for change. We have always looked to press fast-forward in employee benefits, and this certification is a direct reflection of what ‘fast-forward’ looks like; the socially progressive nature of what we do and how we do it is something we hope will encourage others in our industry to follow suit and pursue a certification like this.

I am honored to have been recognized by BCBusiness Magazine on their Top 30 Under 30 List! Outside of performance metrics, a large component of qualifying for 30U30 had to do with what your company was doing to advance social change within your industry. Ours was simply to enhance the mental health resources and offerings made available through benefit plans, so that companies with as few as 5 employees for example had access to $2,000 in psychology coverage.
